Swedish massage
If it's your first time at the spa or you don't get massages very often, Swedish massage is the perfect massage for you.  Swedish massage promotes full body relaxation, eases muscle tension and gives your mind a sense of calm.  The therapist uses rythmic gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.

Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.  Deep tissue massage works by breaking down adhesions/knots to relieve pain and restore normal movement.

Hot stone massage therapy
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, hot basalt stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles. Hot basalt rocks contain all of natures living enery so this specialty will leave you feeling rejuvinated and balanced.

Trigger point massage therapy
Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. In this type of massage for trigger point therapy, the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.  Receiving massage with trigger point therapy on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.

Sports massage
Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world-class professionals to weekend joggers.  Sports massage therapy can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event. Athletes have discovered that specially designed sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries and prepares their body and mind for optimal performance.

Chakra balancing massage
Chakra balancing massage includes deep-tissue massage, foot reflexology, and subtle energy work. This ritual connects clients with something familiar like massage, while also introducing them to the less well-known aspects of energy work. As a result, clients come away with a greater appreciation for the interwoven aspects of their mind, body, and spirit, and a greater sense of participation in their healing journey.

Pregnancy massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on giving the mother-to-be the special attention she needs, which helps to nurture the new life that is growing within her.  Studies indicate that massage therapy performed  regularly during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, reduce edema/swelling, relieve sciatic nerve pain, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

Reflexology
Reflexology is the application of thumb walking on specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. These areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health.  Millions of people around the world use it to complement other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, cancer treatment, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS, and sinusitis.

CranioSacral therapy massage
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.  Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams – about the weight of a nickel – practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.  CST helps with conditions such as: headaches, chronic neck & back pain, whiplash, autism, ADD/ADHD, fibromyalgia, infant & childhood disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, scoliosis, TMJ syndrome, chronic fatigue, and many more.

I offer chair massage at business functions, your business employees, parties, health fairs, and sporting events.. The chair requires very little space clients are fully clothed, so privacy is not needed. I offer 10-25 minute sessions on the chair.  Chair massage in the workplace makes for happier, more productive and rejuvinated employees.

Beeswax ear candling

Ear Candling is a pleasant non-invasive treatment that can help to promote an enhanced state of health. It is used primarily to relieve conditions in the head and ear area, such as sinus problems, compacted ear wax, tinnitus, headaches, colds or simply as an enjoyable means of relieving stress.

AromaTherapy is added to the beginning of each session to enhance your massage.  AromaTherapy is the practice of using essential oils made from flowers, bark, leaves, roots, or other parts of the plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being.  The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function, boost your immune system, and promote whole body healing .
